Membership Programs

Stuart Collection membership programs support the ongoing growth of the Stuart Collection through the commissioning of permanent works by established and emerging artists for the campus of UC San Diego, as well as a series of public programs with select artists. Join today!

Friends of the Stuart Collection

Donation: $500 individual, $750 couple

The Friends of the Stuart Collection support the ongoing growth of the Stuart Collection through educational programming, exclusive access to commissions, and invite-only special events with fellow art enthusiasts and supporters.

  • Special access to opening events for Emerging Artists and Landmarks Commissioning Programs.
  • Virtual encounters with artists and industry professionals.
  • Studio visits: On-campus visits with UC San Diego faculty and local artist studios as space allows.

Donation: $10,000, individual or couple (includes all Friends membership benefits)

Volunteer

Become a docent! We rely on the support and expertise of our wonderful docents to be able to provide visiting hours at Fallen Star and tours of the Collection. Many of our docents are retired UC San Diego faculty or staff, and have unique perspectives to share about their experience of the collection.
